200 g soba noodles
1 C shelled edamame beans
1 × 180g Aoraki Original Artisan Hot Smoked Salmon Portion flaked
1 carrot cut into thin sticks
1 small red onion thinly sliced
2 celery stalks thinly sliced
3 tbsp pumpkin seeds lightly toasted
3 tbsp sunflower seeds lightly toasted
1 handful fresh coriander chopped
1 lime cut into wedges, for serving
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp runny honey or maple syrup
1 clove of garlic crushed
2½ cm fresh ginger grated
